History: The new Viper, who was now going by Pit Viper, rebuilt the Serpent Society, and dubbed them Serpent Solutions. One of the people he recruited into the organization was a new member by the name of Tiger Snake.

Pit Viper had previously been a follower of Mephisto, and was now looking to call about upon the dark demon again and when he learned that Tiger Snake was a firm believer in Mephisto, having believed that Mephisto had single-handedly picked out Tiger Snake and saved his life once; this made Tiger Snake a devote believer and follower of Mephisto and exactly what Pit Viper was looking for. Pit Viper was recruiting members to reconstruct the Serpent Tears, an artifact associated with Mephisto himself.

Tiger Snake came into direct contact with Shang-Chi, whom he’d been there to put a stop to, after Shang-Chi and the rest of the AVENGE.R.S. (Avengers Emergency Response Squad) had been looking into the theft committed by Serpent Solutions. Tiger Snake had managed to poison Shang-Chi during the fight, using his powers, forcing Shang-Chi to use his ten rings to shove Tiger Snake and teleport away to safety.

Tiger Snake was then part of a decoy team, to fight the AVENGE.R.S. and buy time so that Titanboa could gather the final piece of the artifact and grant Pit Viper the time needed to complete the process. Captain America jumped in the way of the target, seemingly intended to be Shang-Chi, but Pit Viper revealed that Captain America’s behavior was predictable – and as a result, Captain America was turned into a humanoid-serpent. When Shang-Chi defeated Tiger Snake during the fight that resulted from these actions, Pit Viper was astounded – he believed that Tiger Snake had been the chosen one, and as a result this gave Night Thrasher the opportunity to knock out Pit Viper. The rest of the Serpent Solutions were rapidly defeated shortly after that and taken to Hague to face justice for their crimes.
