History: Foxworth needed a change in his life, his career as a Scientist was going nowhere. When he stole Doctor Haven’s plans for Magnetic Glue, he used those plans and mixed it with other things he had stolen to create the Sticker armor. When Robbie Baldwin showed up to deliver papers for Doctor Haven, Foxworth shoved him down the stairs and took the papers himself, believing Robbie died in the fall. Foxworth then killed his assist, Garson, who had been a witness to it all. Robbie arrived, as Speedball and engaged in a fight against Sticker – only to get stuck. In order to pry himself free he jerked his hands up, which had inadvertently removed Sticker’s helmet – which was still producing the magnetic glue. The glue covered his face and head, leaving him to apparently die from suffocation; had it not been for the arrival of the medics, who managed to cut a hole in the glue and allow Foxworth to survive. He was arrested and put in jail, until someone named Clyde released all the villains and formed the Speedball Revenge Squad.
