The team formed in the African country of Azania, when a shadowy cat-like figure began murdering government officials. Immediately, the blame went to T’Challa, the Black Panther, as he was head of the state in the neighboring country of Wakanda. The Supremacists, who at the time composed of: Barricade, Hungyr, Harrier, Captain Blaze, White Avenger, and Voortrekker set out to capture Black Panther and hold him accountable for the murders.

Black Panther was able to elude them and lure each of them into the jungle, where he managed to defeat each of them.

Their next mission was to take down a (Black) US Ambassador, who was rescued by Night Thrasher. They followed up that with attacking a Wakanda embassy in Azania, with Commander Blaze (as he was calling himself now) burning it down. This drew the attention of Night Thrasher and the ire of Black Panther who teamed up with Night Thrasher. White Avenger, Harrier and Barricade were noticeably missing from the fight, but it is suspected they may be depowered, as they had been thrown into Hungyr who absorbed their powers. A new Harrier (II) was seen with Hungyr, but was a woman. Both of them were also defeated by Night Thrasher and Black Panther.

BARRICADE

WHITE AVENGER

Powers: White Avenger has incredible superhuman strength (able to lift over 50 tons), and can fly. Additionally, he has enhanced vision so that he can see for miles and miles with perfect clarity, and see in pitch darkness.

VOORTREK
Real Name: Rutger van Bokhoven

Powers: Voortrek has the ability to hunt and track any being down. He’s also an accomplished hunter and a skilled fighter in various forms of hand to hand combat.

Powers: Harrier has no powers himself, and relies on his suit which grants him the ability to fly and shoot tasers from the armor. The armor is made so that some wiring is exposed, which can – and has – been used as a way to defeat him.

Powers: Hungyr is able to absorb anyone’s power; whether mutant, scientific, mystical, cosmic or otherwise. Once the power has been absorbed, he’s able to use it himself, but can only use one “absorbed” person’s power at a time. (For example, if he absorbed Firestar & Speedball’s power; he could only emulate one of their powers at a time). It’s unknown whether, once he has absorbed the power, if the person loses their own power forever. (Though that might explain why certain members were not seen later, since Black Panther threw them into Hungyr and he absorbed their powers; and was seen using their powers later).
