Origin: There have been several iterations of the team known as Zodiac; ranging from the original human version (first appearing in Avengers #72), then android versions of the Zodiac team (appearing in Defenders #49), then again human versions debuting in Alpha Flight, but the iteration that fought the New Warriors debuted in New Warriors (v4) #4. There is very little that is known about this version of the Zodiac team; other than they sought the location of Ball Abib, and that the member known as Cancer killed the New Warriors member, Longstrike (formerly the mutant Tattoo). The members of this Zodiac team would meet their demise at the hands of a new solo Zodiac that tracked each of them down and decapitated them, so that he could claim the name for himself.

SCORPIO
Real Name: Unrevealed
Scorpio seemingly survived the attack of the single Zodiac, when his teammates were confirmed dead – but his head is later seen, mounted on a wall, along side his teammates, confirming his death.
