Tribe was a band of “NuInhumans” (made by the release of the Terrigen Bomb on Earth) formed by the Inhuman, Lash. They were a supremacist group, deeming all others inferior (if they were not Inhuman themselves).

He’s also been seen being able to teleport; but it’s unknown if this is part of his Inhuman ability, or some form of technology.
